Roman Budek President Over 15 years of engineering design experience including, electrical design, software design, and project management. Extensive experience with analog, digital, and compliance engineering. Frequent guest lecturer at industry symposiums and conferences. Ten years experience in the manufacturing representative business. BSEE - University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Chad Kolowrat Vice President Sales Over 10 years experience calling on the largest electronic design companies in the Midwest. Responsible for creating strategic sales plans at major OEM customers. Valuable experience working for a distributor prior to joining Martan. BSEE - Marquette University. Colette Schaefer Vice President Operations Extensive industry experience working as distribution manager, outside sales, and inside sales for Martan and for local distributors. Over 10 years experience working at Martan. Develops and coordinates distribution promotion plans. Manages and expedites specials projects. Accurately maintains all domestic and international splits. Bob Tanaka Founder Founder of Martan, Inc, 20 years ago. Over 25 years experience in direct OEM sales, distribution, and electronic representation. | Operating Philosophy We are a Team Martan has created a supportive business family environment in order to allow everyone to excel. Everyone's contribution is important and considered when making company decisions.
